Pricing Policy

All prices are shown in £ pounds sterling. This can be converted to a number of major world-wide currencies by Paypal.

Once an item has been ordered, the price quoted will remain unchanged. However, if the displayed price is an error, we reserve the right to charge the corrected price. You will be contacted by email with the new price for approval before your card is charged.

Making a Purchase

It is easy to make a purchase. Just follow the "Buy Now" link. After you have selected all of your items, click on "Secure Checkout" and you will be asked a few questions to enable us to satisfy the order.

Payment and Credit Card Security

We use Paypal, an E-Bay company and accept the following credit/debit cards in payment for goods:-

Maestro, Mastercard, Amex, Solo, Switch, Visa, Visa Electron

They adopt the highest level of security for credit cards and personal details submitted over the Internet. Further details are available from their Website www.paypal.com.

If you feel uncertain about providing card details over the Internet, you can also place your order by E-Mail to webmaster@infopath.co.im. No goods will be despatched until after payment for goods is received in full.

Postage and Packing Charges

The postage and packing charges are detailed at the checkout prior to you being committed to making the purchase. There is a charge per book to cover packaging costs.

Delivery Schedule

Subject to availability, our aim is to despatch your goods within 48 hours of receipt of order. Once the goods are despatched, we shall send you an E-Mail to the address that you entered using the Paypal process, advising of the expected delivery date as provided by IOM Post.

Back Orders

If your chosen goods are not in stock, we will e-mail you with the option of either keeping the goods on backorder or cancelling the order.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please supply us with your full order details together with your reason for cancelling. Confirmation that your cancellation request has been processed will then be forwarded to you.

In the event that your order has already been shipped, Infopath(IOM)Ltd will not be liable for the return carriage costs and the goods remain your property until received back at our premises.

Refunds, Returns and Guarantees

We guarantee your satisfaction and will accept goods for return under the following conditions:-

a) An item is received damaged or faulty and we will then either supply a replacement or give you a full refund (including postage costs). If you opt for a replacement, this will be forwarded to you once the original item is received back by us.

b) We have made a mistake in fulfilling your order and have supplied an incorrect quantity. A full refund will be given including any postage costs.
The above is subject to returns being made within 28 days of your receipt of goods and must be returned with an explanatory letter.

All goods remain the property of the customer until received by Infopath(IOM)Ltd .
